All prices are expressed in US dollars or Peruvian soles (PEN) .

Shipping conditions, delivery times and costs will be provided during the purchase process.
Silueta is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (transport companies), without prejudice to providing the necessary support to the customer.
7. Exchanges, returns and warranty

Silueta does not offer refunds , except in cases provided for by current Peruvian legislation, especially when the product is not suitable and cannot be exchanged.
8. Right to suitability
Silueta guarantees that the products offered meet the quality, safety and suitability conditions required by the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) .
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

All website content (images, text, logos, designs and trademarks) is the property of Silueta or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
