We want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind, so we share our policies with you in a clear and transparent way.
Refunds
Currently, we do not offer refunds , except in cases expressly provided for by Peruvian law (for example, if the product has a defect that cannot be resolved through an exchange).
Garment exchanges
We gladly make exchanges for another garment or the same one , provided the following conditions are met:
Deadline to request a change
You can request it within 7 calendar days after your purchase .
After this period, we will not be able to process changes.
Garment conditions
To accept an exchange, the garment must:

- To be in perfect condition
- Keep its original label
Products not for exchange
No changes apply to:
- Items on sale, discounted or offered
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
Exchanges due to factory defect
If your garment has a manufacturing defect , please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:
Enclosing:
- Clear photographs of the detail
- Proof of payment
Our team will evaluate the case and provide you with a solution in accordance with current regulations.
Shipping for exchanges
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Silueta is not responsible for losses or damages in shipments made by the customer.
Final considerations
- The exchange will be made for an item of the same value .
- If you choose a more expensive product, you can pay the difference.
